Launch of Skyline Library’s Alexa Corner

A corner of SUC’s library has been taken up by a new staff. Her name is Alexa!

With social distancing measures in effect, Alexa was welcomed by the SUC family in an inauguration ceremony spearheaded by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad In’airat.

Skyline’s Alexa Corner enables students to easily access information about the facilities and services that the library provides. Right now, Alexa can answer various campus-related questions, bring the latest news, give encouragement with its daily quotes, play music, or even crack a joke or two for students who need a good laugh.

Alexa’s skills and responses will be continuously updated to better assist students in various tasks such as book-searching and news retrieval.
