Dr. Jalal Rajeh Mohammad Hanaysha is currently an Assistant Professor at Skyline University College. He obtained his Ph.D. majoring in Management (Marketing) from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2015, as well as an MSc (Management) from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2011. He also received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arab American University, Palestine in 2008. Dr. Jalal has more than 7 years of teaching experience. Previously he joined the DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia as a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Dean of Post Graduate Centre for more than 3 years. He also worked as a part-time Assistant Professor at Palestine Polytechnic University and Al-Quds Open University for 1 year. To date, he has published more than 60 research articles in international journals and conferences. He has also received several awards for the best research papers in local and international conferences. His research interests include business management and marketing, in particular, branding, consumer behavior, social media marketing, CSR, business and product innovation, human resource practices, and business strategy.
