A meeting was held between Consul General of the Republic of Lebanon, H.E. Assaf Doumit and Skyline University College Executive Director and Chair of the Executive Council, Mr. Nitin Anand along with Deputy Director for Marketing and Creative Communications, Mr. Rakesh Gaur on June 20, 2018 at the Consulate General of Lebanon Office in Dubai. The COEC introduced Skyline to the Consul General and further proposed a scholarship grant for the professional advancement of the Lebanese community in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, both parties have also discussed the possibility of joint initiatives in terms of events, sports activities, trainings, and workshops.
Skyline University College signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Service and Reserve Authority on June 7, 2018 in Abu Dhabi. His Excellency Major General Pilot Sheikh Ahmed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Chairman of National Service and Reserve Authority and SUC Executive Director and Chair of the Executive Council, Mr. Nitin Anand signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. Present to witness the signing ceremony was Deputy Director for Public Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa.
Today, the Skyline faculty and staff welcomed a new batch of freshmen students at Skyline University College. An orientation was conducted to the new students to give them a comprehensive understanding on university policies, rules and regulations, and university life.

SUC in Kenya: Skyline University College Head of Corporate Affairs Office, Mr. Pawan Bhatia conducted the first career counselling workshop at GEMS Cambridge International School in Nairobi, Kenya today, June 18, 2018. Mr. Pawan will be visiting more schools in Kenya to provide in-depth information on studying abroad as well as to introduce Skyline’s leading programs that are relevant in today’s growing need for innovation.

Skyline University College Executive Director and Chair of the Executive Council, Mr. Nitin Anand has paid a visit and extended a personal Eid Al Fitr greeting to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah on behalf of the Skyline group.The COEC was accompanied by SUC Dean, Dr. Mohammad In’airat; Deputy Director for Public Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa; and Head of Student Affairs, Dr. Osama Ali Thawabeh. The visit was made on June 15, 2018.

SUC Deputy Director and Head of Marketing and Creative Communication Mr. Rakesh Gaur and DANUBE Group Human Resource Group General Manager, Mr. Rizwan Waheed signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. SUC IN PAKISTAN: Taking part in the observation of the holy month of Ramadan, Skyline University College Pakistan Office organized an Iftar Dinner for its key partners in Pakistan on June 11, 2018 at Pearl Continental in Lahore. The Pakistan team arranged an intimate gathering for its guests that marked the end of the fast for the day.
Following the successful class commencement of the first batch of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology-Enterprise Computing (BSIT-EC) at the start of Spring semester for AY 18-19, the BSIT-EC students received their first ever certificates for successfully completing the Cybersecurity Essentials by CISCO Networking Academy.
On the night of Skyline Suhoor, Skyline University College brought together its strategic alliances and partners such as consul generals, government officials, corporate leaders, members of the business councils and social clubs, school principals, and media at Al Majlis, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai on June 6, 2018. The Skyline team headed by Mr. Kamal Puri, Chairman of Skyline International Group and Founder President of Skyline University College welcomed each guest in a lavish Arabian set-up, complete with sumptuous middle-eastern cuisine and music. The night of gathering and networking served as a gesture of Skyline’s appreciation to its government and corporate affiliates for their continuous support.
Skyline International Group Chairman, Skyline University College Founder President, and Business Leaders Forum (BLF) Sector Chairman for Education, Mr. Kamal Puri along with some of the most prominent and influential Indian leaders in the UAE and GCC region have visited the state of Andhra Pradesh, India to meet with Chief Minister, Hon. Sri Chandrababu Naidu and to explore potential investments and business opportunities in the state. The visit to the state of Andhra Pradesh was in continuation of the initial meeting held during the recent visit of the Chief Minister in Dubai, UAE last February 2018.
Skyline University College’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards the community in UAE and especially in Sharjah undertakes to organize UN World Water Day each year for the last seven years. In continuation to UN theme of ‘Nature for Water’ – exploring nature-based solutions to the water challenges we face in the 21st century, SUC Services Committee headed by Dr. Dr. Taleb Bilal Eli is organizing SUC World Water Day on March 22, 2018. The committee will have several activities for children and adults. Join SUC on this social cause and be part of spreading this awareness.
