Recently, the members of Skyline Toastmasters Club held a meeting with the theme of “Innovation in the Workplace.” Toastmaster Rowell was the Toastmaster of the day.
The regular Toastmasters interactions aim to give the club members opportunities to hone their speaking skills. For students, being active in Toastmasters meetings can boost their confidence in speaking in front of an audience and performing different pre-defined roles in each meeting can help them become better leaders. As part of its goal of preparing students for the professional world, Skyline encourages both undergraduate and graduate students to actively participate in Toastmasters club meetings.
