Dr.  Mohammed Kamaruddeen Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Federal University of Technology Minna, MSc. and PhD in Project Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has taught Quantity Surveying and Project Management related courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the last 19 years at Polytechnic in Nigeria and two Universities in Malaysia.  He has supervised one Masters and four PhD students at the Universiti Utara Malaysia. He has been an Associate Professor since January 2016 and has served as the coordinator for Master of Project Management Programme at the University College of Technology Sarawak. His area of research includes innovativeness, sustainability and emerging issues in the various sectors. He has published a book chapter and more than 50 journal articles, including journals indexed in Scopus indexed and web of science.
