The Center for Professional Development (CPD) caters to the needs of the people for their professional development and by training in the fields of aviation, airfreight, information technology, marketing, management, events, travel, tourism, and others.

CPD enables the participants to gain / enhance knowledge and specific skills required by them for professional growth. The department focuses on providing scheduled training at different levels in different areas of the industry.

The Department is responsible to build a strong brand image & project the core values of Skline University College (SUC) to the prospective candidates, SUC community & general public locally & internationally. The aim of the department is to reach the target segment by participating in various promotional activities, locally & internationally.​

All programs offered under CPD are job centric and primary eligibility for the attractive jobs. But our support doesn't stop at the completion of the course while we strive to place our students. We conduct special classes for the interviewing skills , communication and overall personality development and on successful completion of their courses, our students are reviewed on various parameters such as intelligence, hard work, innovativeness, creative thinking and placed with suitable organizations.


CPD offers short term courses in the subject areas of Travel and Tourism, Accounting, Aviation, Finance, Events and Human Resource.


Fees and duration varies from course to course. The details for each course are listed in the respective section of the website.


Anyone who has finished Grade 10 and above 16 years can apply for the short courses with average English and Math skills.  


Admission requirements required are passport copy, visa copy, 2 passport size photographs and the course fee with the copy of highest attained qualification.  


​Our professional courses are internationally recognized and globally accepted.

           We are approved centre for following international organizations-

A.       International Air Transport Association (IATA) Authorized Training Centre: SUC has been awarded as Top Performing ATC in Middle East in 2013 and has secured the Top 10 award continuously three times in a row.

B.       A Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH) Approved Study Centre: The SUC has been approved by UK based Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality as a study centre for their courses in Travel, Tourism & hospitality.

C.       Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Computer Based Examination Centre: SUC has been the CBE centre for ACCA course since 2009 onwards.

D.       General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA): SUC has been approved by the GCAA to conduct the courses related to dangerous Goods for all categories.


Yes, there is a discount applicable on showing the Employee ID Card for Sharjah Government Employees. For corporate discount the registration must be done through the responsible authority of the corporate.


Yes, we have evening and weekend classes depending upon the requirement of the students.


Yes, we provide transportation to the students from the selected locations in Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman.  


We provide VISA for the following courses1) ACCA, 2) CTH Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management, 3) CTH Certificate in Travel and Tourism Management, 3) CTH Diploma in Events Management, 4) CTH Certificate in Events Management and 5) IATA Foundation Diploma in Travel and Tourism for more information please check the link. 


Self-study courses require the students to study on their own with a book, eBook, or a CD, and then go to a physical location to take an examination. Class Room courses can be done entirely in the class conducted by a qualified trainer.


Students after enrollment may directly approach the administration department counter to collect the admission kit only after that they need to proceed to collect the study material from the library after displaying your payment receipt and admission kit. 


Exams are scheduled in MAR, JUN, SEP and DEC for all courses. 


Finance department distributes the hall tickets to the students who have paid their all dues.  To receive the hall ticket students are supposed to clear any previous pending dues before one week .   


The validity period for all Distance Learning courses except Dangerous Goods Regulations is six (6) consecutive examination sessions from your first eligible exam session.

The validity period for Dangerous Goods Regulations is four (4) consecutive exam sessions from your first eligible exam session.

IATA provides two additional attempts to clear the exam in case of failure or absence in the first attempt exam. The second attempt and third attempt exams will be conducted with the upcoming regular schedule of IATA exams . Students need to check the deadlines immediately after their result declaration to avoid any delay. 


The exam result is forwarded to your email id given at the time of registration and the diplomas can be collected from the administration department after SMS notification from the university to collect your certificate.
